Stress
- Natural response to change
- Caused by an external trigger
- Temporary
- Less control = more intense stress reaction
Anxiety
- Unremitting, uncontrollable (even outside of trigger)
- Can be a result of prolonged, untreated stress
- Sense of doom or danger
- Unsubstantiated worries

- Fear
- Physical complaints
- Sleep difficulties
- Difficulty concentrating
- GI symptoms
- Panic attacks

- Procrastination
- Absences
- Change in appearance
